DR graham riddle bad review

I sincerely believe whis medical practice alloa is failing their patient allowing GP to continue Practice Dr Graham Riddle. I have end stage renal failure and I have lost eight members of my immediate family in recent years. I called the practice today and received a call back from Dr Riddle, who was very rude and dismissive of my concerns. He made me feel like my reason to call was not worth his time. He asked me some questions that I felt were irrelevant and insensitive. When I tried to explain how I was feeling, he interrupted me and said that he understood, but the deaths did not impact my daily life. I told him that this was not helpful and that it actually made me feel worse. He said that I had misinterpreted what he meant, but he did not apologize or clarify. He also asked me three times what I wanted him to do, as if I was bothering him. I felt that he had no compassion or understanding for my situation. He also showed no interest in my health issues or how they affect me.
