Doonan McCaig Solicitor's service add up to serious failings

Absolute deceivers. Doonan McCaig Solicitors, Mr Matthew Berlow, said he would take the case in front of Selkirk Sheriff Court Sheriff Gerard Sinclair. No client care letter, no letter of instructions, no complaints procedure provided, and literally no contact with client whatsoever after that hearing date since 22 July 2025. They ignore clients by not returning calls, do not respond to emails, they have no professional standing, they are absolutely discourteous and service profoundly not trustworthy, they provide no value for money, they cannot explain why they do not take the case, deemed profoundly racist due to their inadequacy of explanation of not providing a service. They are untrustworthy to the legal profession and ought to be investigated by Law Society for their sham of an organisation.
